Microsoft Application SymbolsThere are many apps available to our students that can be used on or off campus on a wide range of devices.
Wevideo: This is a very user-friendly video processing app. You can record and edit video on any device. Simply log in with Google to get started. We have unlimited cloud storage with Google so be sure to save your projects to your Google Drive.  Here is a link to tutorial videos from Jesse Hammond.:
Read and Write: This is a great tool that is available as a Chrome extension and a desktop app. We have a schoolwide subscription for this, just log in using your Google account. Here are the links to Kathy Booth's documentation to help you along.

Microsoft Office 365: All users, whether you use Windows, Mac, or Chromebook devices, have access to the entire Microsoft Office 365 suite. Simply go to www.office.com  and log in with your school Google account to have instant access to MS office apps. You can download the software onto 5 machines and use web apps from an unlimited amount of devices.

Kami:

While we don't have a school-wide subscription to Kami, we are piloting it in the secondary. Kami is a great app that allows for editing PDFs and much more. It could be a great stepping stone towards a more paperless district. Sign up with your Google account and make it easy. If enough folks find this useful we can go for a school license.

Lucidpress: This is a web application that allows for poster, newspaper, magazine, and media creation that works on all platforms including Chromebooks. Amy Studzienko has utilized this to create Loboprints over the last few years. We also have a subscription to Lucidchart with this. Try signing in with your Google account and contact Jesse Hammond if you would like me to get you premium access.

Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom: This was originally purchased for Yearbook last year but we still have a subscription for a little longer. If there is interest from anyone to keep it going, please let me know. We can use the full version on a few devices at one time, however, the Chromebooks have a few really neat Adobe apps that are available for free through the Android store.
